Tier 3 — Coherent Array Setup

This guide will be available when Tier 3 hardware specifications are finalized.

Tier 3 nodes use multi-channel coherent SDR receivers with antenna arrays capable of both time-difference and angle-of-arrival measurements. This enables interferometric positioning techniques for the highest data quality and reward rates.

The hardware package will include:

• Multi-channel coherent SDR receiver
• Calibrated antenna array
• GPS-disciplined oscillator
• Weatherproof outdoor enclosure
• Pre-configured software image

Tier 3 nodes earn premium rewards because angle-of-arrival measurements, combined with timing data, provide the most valuable observations for the positioning engine.
